Hired as Middle School Principal for the 2009/2010 year

The Miss Lake of the Ozarks Scholarship Program is one of approximately 31 local preliminary pageants in the Miss Missouri system.

“Guitar Hero”, a cultural phenomenon, has taken root at Lake of the Ozarks. “Guitar Hero” is a music-based game that puts the player center stage as a true-to-life rock star. 
No more singing in the shower or playing air guitar. 

A “Guitar Hero” competition was recently held at Stone Crest Mall in Osage Beach.  A young aspiring rock star from Eldon,  12-year-old Skyler Yakich, took home top honors in the contest.
We asked the honor-roll student about his experience.

A School of the Osage seventh grade student is seeing her drawing light up after it was chosen as the winning entry and added as the latest display at the Holiday Lights Park on display at Osage Beach City Park.

The ADA Education Recognition Program assesses whether applicants meet the National Standards for Diabetes Self-Management Education. It is one of only two national accreditation programs approved by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for diabetes self-management training.
